Essential for aspiring and current teachers....
I used this book whilst taking my course, which incidently was tutored by the author himself. The book was an excellent resource for the course itself, but not only that, I continue to use the book for my current teaching work. With the regular witty comments and illustrations, I would seriously recommend this book to those thinking of starting to teach swimming, and those already qualified.
I doubt if there's a more useful teaching companion!
If you are contemplating becoming a swimming teacher, or are indeed in the process of becoming one, then this is the book for you. Crammed with useful and no-nonsense advice aimed at everyone from the beginner to the person who's already a teacher, this book will find its target no matter who reads it. An invaluable addition to any swimming teacher's libray. BUY IT !
