The best option
There isnt much out there on the increasingly important subject of police reform in conflict/ post-conflict environments. This book is now six years old, so doesnt have much on Executive Policing, it focus too much on the UN and some other recent developments are missing. It is however well written and edited, easy to follow, and tackles a good range of issues.
If you only need one book, get this one. Articles in academic journals relating to security and peacekeeping are also increasing taking notice of this area.
