Customer Reviews
Deceiving
The title is misleading as it is not about painting a picture in one hour but breaking down your painting time in different one-hour segments in order to finish your paintings.
Not a book for starters; but it gives nontheless indications about paper and paints.
It contains paintings from different watercolorists, which is not indicated anywhere in the title or the content.
