About the Author
Born in 1937, Christian Wharton received an MA from St Andrews University, after which she studied painting in Paris and etching at Regent Street Polytechnic in London. Christian lives in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Really good buy
Painting Water in Watercolour
Really informative book for watercolourists. I only started painting just over a year ago and have looked at many books on watercolour. Really wanted to know how to paint sea/water and by chance found this book which I think is excellant. Not just how to paint water/sea but also an interesting and informative read too.
