Customer Reviews

Great place to start5
This book is a great introduction to the benefits of flower essence therapy. It explains how flower essences work as well as outlining different combinations of essences that can be taken for a variety of conditions, such as addictions, intuition, nightmares, abuse etc, from flower essence systems from all over the world. Because of this book I have discovered Crystal Herbs, based in the UK, and their range of angel essences, as well as how to combine Bach flower remedies, which I am very grateful to Dr Tresidder for. Although I would recommend that people read more on the particular essences they want to use when decided, this book is a great introduction to the different ranges available, and so therefore a good starting point, especially if you are in doubt about whether flowers can heal emotional pain and need a little convincing from a GP.
