About the Author
Joy Larkcom is the author of "The Salad Garden" and "Creative Vegetable Gardening," and is a pioneer on organic gardening. A recent Royal Garden Writer of the Year, she has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's prestigious Veitch Memorial Medal for her work on oriental vegetables.
