About the Author
Guy Lee was a University Lecturer in Classics at Cambridge and is a Fellow of St. John's College, well-known as a translator of Latin poetry.

John Ward CBE RA won a scholarship at the Royal College of Art and has become one of our most admired artists whose sensitive style matches Ovid's writing. He has worked with Vogue magazine, been a member of the Executive of the National Art Collections Fund and served as a Trustee of the Royal Academy. He lives in Kent but has conducted a love affair with Rome since 1945.
