excellent theory source for reflexology/massage courses
I have used this book since September 1999 as I teach anatomy and physiology to massage therapy and reflexology students in Londonderry,N Ireland. The diagrams are clear and uncluttered with the text being informative yet not too detailed at this level.

Lacks a diagram showing relative position of all organs
Not suitable if you are a lay person looking for a general information book on the subject - definitely aimed at the health care professional. I was disappointed as it lacks a single diagram that shows you where all the organs (kidnes, lungs, etc) are in relation to eachother. It goes straight into details about all the different body systems without this kind of summary diagram. Also its in boring black and white.

basic anatomy and physiology
This is an excellent book to learn about anatomy and physiology. The pictures are large, very well explained. This book makes it all so easy to learn.This book is highly recommended, by me and the girls in my class who are always borrowing the book.
