Sane and sensible health advise
Angela Hicks' book focuses on simple principles to enable the reader to make sense of the often conflicting health advice that so often surrounds us. First she advises us to establish our type, with the aid of a series of questions, and then advises on the type of diet you should follow. Foods are catagorised, to help us make an informed decision as to the foods we should eat for optimum health. Surprizingly she also shows us the sense contained in many old wives tales. This book has none of the preachy qualities contained in so many health books, and is informative and entertaining. Read it and learn, it might change your diet, even your life.
POOR
Whoever wants to read about their "type" need only read their horoscope in an ordinary newspaper and find out just as much as you will spending a lot more on this book. Terribly disappointing that eastern magic and culture gets translated into cheap western 'knock off' .
