dictionary offers a comprehensive and clearly presented catalogue of terminology for dental staff. A "must have" for dental nurses studying for the new NVQ.
As an assessor for the new NVQ in Oral Healthcare Dental Nursing this book is a "must have" for any trainee dental nurse, if not as a personal copy then as part of the practice reference library. When researching the NVQ standards I was able to look up items that do not appear in the more commonly used dental nursing handbooks. A few more illustrations would be helpful and some colour would add to its "readability" but the content would be very hard to beat as it can answer queries that even the dentist can't! Combined with the Questions& Answers for Dental Nurses and the Textbook for Dental Nurses this publication should be all you need for your reference/reading list for the new NVQ in Oral Healthcare.
