A Clear, concise guide to ENT problems
This book is an excellent introduction to ENT problems. It has clear photographs and x-rays and also a wealth of well drawn pictures all of which correspond directly to the text adjioning. There is no need to search through pages to find what you are looking for, as the index is very complete and easy to use. The ABC series is generally a very good one and inspires additional reading and this book is no exception. I believe it would be suitable for nurses and junior doctors, and of special interest for those working in fields such as A&E where some the subject matter is seen only occasionally. I have found it to be an invaluable resoure.
Just okay
Just having graduated as a nurse and moving into the ent field i did not find this book very useful. Yes it has lots of x-rays and information for diagnostic skills but no explainations of how to manage or how to treat conditions in hospital.Probably better for medics and doctors.
