Superb intro to Visual Basic 2005
I found this book excellent as an introduction to Visual Basic 2005. I had some basic knowledge of VB Scripting but nothing major. This book seemed to skip the usual drivel about naming convention and variable types in a way that allowed me to focus on learning how to do things.
Highly recommended for beginners.
Good Starter
This is a good starter book for VB2005. The examples are easy to follow and it's generally well written. However, it is just a basic introduction that scratches the surface.
