Beth Shaw's 'yogafit' is a book that offers yoga in a slightly different light. It is not intense and about a complete lifestyle change but allows you to gradually get into the exercises of yoga. It is good for beginners and easy to understand and interpret, however it does offer a more advanced alternative when you feel necessary. It is an excellent way to introduce yourself into yoga.
