Customer Reviews

A book which leads the way5
A fantastic, clearly written, well informed book written by two 'greats' in the area of sports nutrition. If you are studying nutrition or metabolism as part of a sport science or applied nutrition degree then this book should be your first choice and is one of the few which is worth the investment.
