About the Author
Pete Draovitch is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation specialist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre Sports Performance Complex and has worked with Greg Norman for the past 13 years. He holds two masters degrees in physical therapy and sports medicine/physical education. An accomplished writer, Draovitch has had articles published in GOLF Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Muscle Training in Orthopedics and Sports, Physical Therapy and numerous other publications. Ralph Simpson is a physiotherapist who spent 12 years on the PGA Tour fitness team, working with almost every player. He currently operates a private practice in manual physiotherapy.

Worth having in your golfing arsenal!4
I'm a high handicapper so luckily don't have too many bad habits to "unlearn" before I start challenging Tom Watson's record (plus I've got about another 20+ years)! Although this DVD is very American in style (i.e. simplifying everything to an annoying level - "cutters" and "tightest jeans" in reference to your abs) it really is worth persevering as the information contained is worth at least a few sessions with your local PGA pro PLUS a sports physio - which would easily set you back £200+! As with all exercise, there is no silver bullet - you have to earn the flexibility/strength! Definitely worth having this in your arsenal of golf gear! PS: 4 stars instead of 5 from a philosophical standpoint - in other words, aspire for greatness!
