Llewellyn's 2009 Witches' Spell-a-day Almanac (Witches' Spell-A-Day Almanac) This item was delivered extremelly quickly. It has page upon page of information and lovely illustrations. I shall truly enjoy this book and highly recommend it to others.

A bit of harmless fun4
This is the third year I have used the Witches' Spell-A-Day Almanac and there is only one thing about it that I do not like, the fact that it is written by Americans for an American market! The times of the moon phases, sunrise and sunset, and other interesting astronomical data is set to American time and it would be great for me if we had a British version of this spell a day almanac. Each day I check the spells and if they are simple, then I will incorporate them into my day. Obviously, if they involve a lot of paraphanalia which I do not have then I miss that spell for that day. It is a bit of harmless fun and makes you feel you have some control of your life and destiny. You do not have to be a white witch to use the book and it is very good for people who are in tune with the seasons, the elements and themselves.

Great information on the holidays & sabbats. Excellant for the phases of the moon. The history & old traditions revitalised. Good sense of humour in the fun spells. A joy to flick through daily.
