Awaken the Giant Within
Initially I was very sceptical but there are some really great techniques and ideas in this book for harnessing ones mental abilities and finding the inner strength to change for the better. Sometimes it's a bit on the 'evangelical side' but still a good motivator for anyone who feels they just get 'carried along' rather than being in control of their lives. I've only just started to apply these techniques but already I can see a marked improvement. Worth reading.
