Character and landscape rich
A character and landscape rich novel in the traditional Hammond Innes model. Perhaps a little too long and I felt the plot was slightly the wrong side of credible.

Journey to Canda's Harsh and Beautiful North West
As usual Mr Innes engages the reader in high adventure. His subjects are well researched and his prose paints a master oil painting for the reader to enjoy. He makes this reader anxious to visit the scene and to enjoy it as well and enjoying the action filled with logical twists and turns that make this story hard to put down.
