small but interesting
It's a shame the Shire books are so small, because they are so interesting. Obviously a booklet of this size can't hope to cover a wide spectrum, but it gives a really comprehensive overall view about longcase clocks, so if you are thinking of buying one, here is a good place to read about them without spending too much money. A fascinating read, it really whets the appetite to get one!
