fantastic reading, clear and simple yet packed with info .
I found this brilliant. This book is for anyone wishing to become a professional hairdresser to someone wanting to brush up on techniques or anyone who wants to just experiment. It covers every aspect of basic and intermediate hairdressing.from shapooing to perming and relaxing to health and safety to running a reception in a salon. Very simple instrutions and great pictures that appear on every page. I highly recommend this book buy it you wont regret it.

brilliant if you are taking and nvq or apprentiship in hairdressing, aint your basic styling book this tells you what you need to know for your coursework and goes into the technical side aswell but keeps things basic for easy understanding!

A must have for anyone doing college course!
At first glance; just by flicking through it, you can already see how relevant all the information is to any hairdressing course or NVQ 1&2. Jam packed with up to date, modern info i would advise anyone to buy it. The book is easy to read, self explanatory and uses a good range of diagrams. Giving sound basic knowledge with the addition of communication skills with the client, it makes for a good hairdresser and also makes this book brilliant. It covers all eventualities. Thank goodness i recieved it so quickly, as i have a test next week, and the information gained from it is invaluable!!
