Best management book I have read in ages!
Why do I like this book so much? - Many things

The content is broken into "chunks" and bullet lists and so is very clear to understand. There are lots of examples which come from everyday life. Some of the techniques that you can use, or use with others are excellent. There are even extended flaps on the cover to make it easy to keep your place.

It is a good read and an great reference source to dive in at any point. Buy it, and it will change the way you work!
