About the Author
Nick Packard was a classroom teacher for 8 years and now works in the Department of Education at the University of Newcastle. Professor Phil Race is a teaching and educational development consultant, and works part-time as Programme Director for the Certificate in Teaching and Learning at the European Business School in London.
