Maybe it needs more than 30 minutes....
This little book focuses mainly on who you should have in your networks, rather than how you develop and manage those networks. It's also written from the point of view of someone who would want to network for a new job, rather than to sell a business or a product.
So don't expect much in the way of hints on how to develop your networking skills - this is about managing information sources and flows. A useful introduction to the subject.
