A user - friendly guide to crisis and issues management
Risk Issues and Crisis Management is a lively guide on how to manage (and not to manage) issues and crises effectively.
The book is split into two sections, with the first concentrating on how to track and manage issues which threaten corporate reputation. The second part explains what to do when a mismanaged issue turns into a crisis. It is very user friendly, with dramatic case study examples, which keeps it interesting to read whilst always being informative.
I found the book very useful and would recommend it to anyone in business - especially those who have to deal directly with the media - for invaluable tips on how to handle any issue or crisis.
