Customer Reviews
Didn't do me any harm
This book is ultimately a reference tool for those aspiring to be a personal assistant, or those who already are and wish to polish up.
Most of the content is common sense and nothing groundbreaking, but it does show you how to overcome problems in the workplace in the most time-efficient way. It does stress the importance of communication, which from my own personal experience can be an easy pitfall to make.
The book helps the reader to basically avoid the avoidable by using the skills they already have, but probably don't use to their full extent. It enables the reader to think creatively to solve issues and test how suitable they are for the role.
However, the formal structure of this book is anything but creative so might be of some use to insomniacs.
Not a bad book, keep it handy but don't spend too long with it!
