Highly Informative
This book goes beyond casual reading, and reveals the authors as truly knowledgable. It goes a lot deeper than what the average reader might expect, but this is not a criticism, as we rarely find more than what we bargained for these days. This is not a diet book, although there are plenty of advice on how to eat healthier. If you want to read about your digestive system, you cannot go wrong by reading this.

Anything written by Patrick Holford is worth every bit of paper it is written on. I have been buying his books for years and this one is as good if not better than some of the others.
