I actually bought this book for my short tempered husband to read! Not surprisingly, he didn't read it but I did. I am constantly looking at ways to improve my communication skills especially in close relationships. I so like a calm environment! Personally, I felt that the most useful sections were the ones relating to family, children and teenagers, often a short fuse area for many families especially in these busy days. The book is very readable, also with a humourous and understanding and non judgemental style. For those of you who have work related or driving stress the advice is equally good. If only my mate would read it!!!
