Very funny!
THis is a very funny and easy to read book. I bought it at the airport and was trying to hide the laughter it caused. It does cover most of today's situations and its advice is good and well balanced.
However, this isn't a thorough etiquette guide. It will tell you WHAT to do but not HOW to do it. Nevertheless, it's great reading.

An essential read
This book has helped me and my mates solve many of those every day questions about manners and getting on with others that we never knew the answer to. It's fab. Really handy and funny!
