One day Amy spots her teacher, Mr Jones, putting a box of bottles and newspapers outside of his house. He explains that he's leaving them to be taken away to be recycled. He tells his class at school about it and takes them to a recycling plant to show them how it works, what sort of things they can recycle and to explain why it's important.

Customer Reviews
A lovely book with a really important message
The book is written in a really friendly way and is designed to engage with younger readers. It's the kind of book we should all read to our kids - books like this, and newer ones like yucketypoo are pitched at the right level to engage and explain important issues. We loved it.
Great starter
A wonderful way to teach younger children about the benefits to the planet of the 3 R's - Reducing, Reusing, Recycling.
