This is an invaluable book for anybody interested in the spine and how to mobilise it. Maitland manages to make you feel like he is just there helping you practice his techniques. it can sometimes be a hard book to read because it has so much useful information, but you'll never put it down. Whether you are a physio, Dr, sports therapis or a student this book is a must. you will find yourself for ever in debt to Maitland once you have worked your way through this excellent book. He never says that this is the only way to do mobilisations he only suggests and that this is his way, but once you have practised his way there will be no other way. the pictures and instructions are very clear and not at all confusing. definately a book for life.

A must have for any physiotherapy student or graduate. Brilliant book, excellent value for money! 100% recommended!
