One to avoid at all costs!1
Not the best law book I've come across. Unfortunately this book spends more time dealing with the judges who said what to whom on the appeals than it does on the simple facts of the case and final decision. Almost all the cases can be found in the textbook version, usually in a more simple format. Had the book simply given case facts and outcomes, it could have covered at least three times as many cases as it has. My advice as an A-level Law student, if you want simple and concise case details and decisions, look elsewhere!
