About the Author
Shakta Khalsa began practising yoga in 1972, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1975. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, a member of Yoga Alliance, and an AMS certified Montessori educator. Besides having written numerous articles about yoga and healthful living for many publications, including Mothering Magazine, she is the author of Fly Like a Butterfly: Yoga for Children, The Five Fingered Family, and most recently, Kundalini: Yoga for Dorling Kindersley

amazing book
This is a great book which guides you right from the beginning through to more advanced Yoga. I love the easy to use layout and the big pictures and tips and techniques used throughout. This is a must for anyone who is interested in changing their life of merely loosing a few of the Christmas weight!
