Amazon.co.uk Review
Eyewitness Pyramid is an exciting and informative guide to the mysterious monuments of ancient Egypt and Mexico.
With full-colour photographs throughout, alongside fascinating facts and figures about some of the most impressive architecture the world has ever seen, Pyramid takes an in-depth look at the first pyramid ever made, a Mayan pyramid deep in the jungle, how the Aztecs sacrificed their victims, why thieves looted the pyramids and much, much more.
This unique guide to these amazing and enigmatic wonders of the world is ideal for those tricky homework projects, but also makes fascinating reading for anyone with an interest in these awe-inspiring structures. Age 9 and over. --Susan Harrison

Just about everything you wanted to know about pyramids
Young minds are fascinated by pyramids and before long young mouths demand more information.I originally secured this book to help entertain my daughter and answer some of her probing questions. As we explored the pages I could feel the book spending more time in my possession than hers. This work smacks of professionalism in the selection of photographs, illustrations, layout and text. The A4 sized pages help emphasize the photographs, bringing out the colours and detail.I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who wanted to know more about Pyramids in Egypt, Nubia or South America. After a session between the covers the only question you may not be able to answer with certainty is why children ask such difficult brain teasers about Egyptian architecture.
