Lilian Harry grew up in Portsmouth and now lives in a village on the edge of Dartmoor with three ginger cats and a black and silver miniature schnauzer with a fan club bigger than that of her mistress. Her daughter and two grandchildren live nearby.

Another Great Book by Ms. Harry
"Love and Laughter" tell the story on how lives for the soldiers and their family once all of the parades are over. As before Ms. Harry is able to draw the reader into the lives of her characters. If you life books set during wars, be sure to read "Love and Laughter" to see how people survive once the war is over.
