Product Description

Connor has been dumped by his girlfriend. Even worse, her psychotic brothers believe he has a video recorder full of what they think is their cocaine. When Connor's mates head off to Ibiza, with the video recorder and secret stash in tow, he has to find them - before anyone else does. Ibiza has changed since Connor worked there four years ago. And he's changed, too: whatever happened to "living for the moment"? But there's little time to think about his future - he has enough problems trying to make sure his friends don't end up at the bottom of a cliff . . . And the scene is set for an explosive, hilarious thriller - with a touch of romance - in the Balearics.

"A great holiday read" (Judge Jules ES Magazine, THE EVENING STANDARD )

Esquire
A laugh-out-loud page-turner, full of the kind of behaviour that angst-ridden thirty and forty-something authors make a living apologising for.

Customer Reviews

A perfect summer read5
Really enjoyed this and is up there with both 'Is Harry' books. I love the way Colin Butts creates such colorful and believable characters and writes with a 'warts and all' style. Along with Steve Horsfall & Louise Wener, the Brits have some really good contemporary fiction writers out there

Long Journey Companion5
I was a bit skeptical when i picked this up passing through Stanstead this year but thought it sounded like a good escape from the drudgery of a boring flight. I was pleasently suprised being immediately dragged into the world of drink clubs and drugs that symbolised Ibiza in the 90's. Although some times a bit far fetched this is an enjoyabke read that will have you laughing and crying the opening chapter doing both. A good escapism read but not for die hard fact based fiction fans ENJOY!

Fun in The Sun4
If you like teen fiction then you'll love this. When Connor is dumped byhis grilfriend things start to take a mind of their own as he's swept fromrainy London to sun-kissed Ibiza. Here Connor must face up to his pastand, also, take control of his future.
A brilliant read and a must foranyone who has a sense of humour
