Comprehensive french cheese guide
Well laid out into cheese categories with an extensive glossary and very good descriptions of taste, texture, ripeness etc.
I also found this highly informative on the processes of making cheese and terms used.
Much better than the large encyclopedia of cheese which was disappointingly like a cookbook.
Now then - anyone know of a good guide to British Cheeses?
