Disappointing
This is not a terrible book, but just not as good as I had hoped.

A lot of the recipes are tweaks of cake mixes commercially available... in the US, which makes it not all that useful for a UK cake maker as a lot of the mixes that the recipes depend on are not available here.

It's nicely presented, but alas not very useful so unlikely to be a book I will use all that often.
