It's the Best Available
For people starting to collect pens, there is a shortage of good information on what you can expect to pay. It is not an easy subject and it is also not easy to condense years of experience into a short, well priced, easy to read source book. This offering is not perfect, especially in relating pictures to adjoining lists but it is the best and most reliable that I have used. It could be twice the price and twice the length but it would put off the starting collector and, hey, we need plenty more of those! This is my third purchase of Regina's book. One wore out and fell apart and I have just given the other away.
