Product Description

Revised and updated for its Third Edition, "Aunt Minnie's Atlas" is an excellent study tool for the oral radiology board examination. It features over 900 images and over 250 cases representing "Aunt Minnies" - diseases with unique radiographic features that allow a confident, immediate diagnosis. Each case is presented in an easy-to-follow format and includes crucial take-away points called "Aunt Minnie's Pearls." The cases represent all modalities and cover all subspecialties tested on the oral boards. This edition has more cases in more modalities, including new cases in breast MRI and digital mammography. A companion Website will offer new cases each quarter.

Required reading for FRCR 2B5
This book is great for dipping into. It contains examples of many radiological diagnoses you may have heard of but have never seen. Most of the cases have very specific appearances and so "once seen, never forgotten" certainly holds true. Every case has a brief synopsis of important findings and associated conditions. The book is aimed at those studying for postgraduate radiology examinations, and I think it's excellent. It is too detailed for medical students and general physicians/surgeons.

all resident radiologist and practising radiologist should read this once.5
excellent book, all radiologist should read this book once. we can classify cases as single diagnosis, cases with differentials , this book is of former type [ what we call aunt minnie cases ] useful for FRCR 2b preparation
