Each article offers insights into key management and organisational issues. My personal favourites are John Kotter's eight step model for successfully leading organisational change; Jim Collins' short and incisive views on how to gain alignment behind core values; Bob Nelson's 'No Cost Ways to Energize Employees' in his article on Creating An Energized Workplace; and Marshall Goldsmith's no-nonsense guide to coaching.

All in all a great way to gain access to some excellent writing without requiring a costly journal subscription.

This is an up to date review of outstanding leadership models. If you can't take an idea from this book that will inspire you & others-seek help! It's that good.
