Robert David Sack is Clarence J. Glacken Professor of Geography and professor of integrated liberal studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His books include Place, Modernity, and the Consumer's World: A Relational Framework for Geographical Analysis, also available from Johns Hopkins.
