Bruce Lee remains a legendary figure who towers over the martial arts community over 25 years after his death. This text reveals the soul of the man behind the myth, a man equal parts poet, philosopher, father and friend, dedicated to self-knowledge through artistic expression.

Here and Now.5
I can honestly say I found this book somewhat of a revelation. It's an extraordinary and very powerful experience to read Lee's honest reactions and thoughts on subjects ranging from, of course, the martial arts through to, among other topics, psychology, poetry and philosophy. The overriding impression of the man is of someone intent on honest self exploration. It was this core element of philosophy combined with self-discovery that struck a cord with me. For those more familiar with Lee and his work this book might not have as powerful an impact. However, it's still worth checking out. For novices like myself, I can only sing it's praises.

Artist of Life4
I'am a very big fan of Bruce Lee and found this book to be very interesting, but the more I read through the book the more I realised it was repeting. It was a good read but could have been better.

What can you ask for but to be real.5
Quote: "In life, what can you ask for but to be real; to fulfill your potential instead of wasting energy on actualizing your dissipating image, which is not real and means expending your vital energy. We have great work ahead of us, and it requires devotion and much, much energy. To grow, to discover, we need involvement, which is something I experience every day, sometimes good, sometimes frustrating. No matter what, you must let your Inner Light guide you out of darkness"
Bruce Lee's wisdom gleaned from many years committed to the path of self-discovery, expressed here in philosophy, psychology, poetry and more.
