An essential for all yoga enthusiasts!
This is a great little book that will bring yoga into your life - the format makes it easy to fit a quick practice into a hectic lifestyle and it is well designed with daily poses (Monday through to Sunday) and a "recipe" list at the end for making up longer sessions. It does help if you've some experience of yoga already - but the little stick men are easy to follow and you'll soon be marvelling at the progress of your down face dog!
