.,."invaluable in telling how to organize interviews to best identify high-performance candidates and how to spot evasions and untruths."

-- Midwest Book Review

From the Author
It's not just interviewing questions!
96 Great Interview Questions to Ask Before You Hire focuses on getting past employers to "open up" on a reference check, making the employment offer and closing the deal, employing search firms, outplacement, and research firms in your candidate recruitment efforts, and salvaging offers when line managers have "given away the farm." You can pull it down from your bookshelf five minutes before an interview with sales folks, senior managers, secretaries, or college grads to gain a list of "disipline specific" questions to recruit like a pro. I hope it comes in handy!

Customer Reviews

A very good "interview book" for new managers.4
This is not a book for people who need short answers and quick fixes. The author explained in detail of the reason to ask each of the questions, what kind of "red-flag" to look for, and some of good answers. A must read for new managers.

Makes you feel more condident for the next interview5
Each manager interviewing to hire, should be familiar with these strategic questions, that reveal cadidate's personality, strenghts and weeknesses before you hire him. I'm looking forward to my next interview, I feel more confident now.
