Customer Reviews

Excellent and very understandable and easy to follow5
This book is great, I have attended many courses and had lessons at college but still felt like I knew nothing, so I bought this book and it's great, It is clear and precise, giving you many examples, the aims and objective examples are good aswell, you can link them or use them to do observations of your own and I cant wait to do my observation unit in my NVQ course.

excellent starting point for students new to child observati5
this book covers all the essential observation techniques and clearly shows how to complete the observation, evaluate and sum up. there is also lots of other information such as child development charts. Unfortunately, on the back cover it refers to internet material available to support learning, there is no web address!

Excellent introduction and reference book on management4
This text provides detailed information on a wide variety of management topics. The title 'supervisory management' does not really do it justice as it is useful for people at all levels of management. It can be used to learn about a topic, to review and update your knowledge on a topic and should be kept on the shelf as a management reference text. It is practical and one of the only books available that gives an overview of such a wide range of management topics together in one book.
