Product Description

Many conditions that cause chronic pain cannot be cured, or the process of treatment is a long one. This title does not focus on a cure, rather on managing the pain to allow the patient to become more active and to improve the quality of life.

Great Book4
My name is Zoe Pearson and I suffer from RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). I found this book very helpful in my fight to beat pain. This is a great book that gives excellent advice about how to cope with pain. I reccomend this book to anyone that has pain. I feel it is an absolute bargain ...

If you suffer pain then read this!4
This book is easy to read, and talks common sense.Just by following the suggestions I have been helped to deal with M.E/fibromyalgia.This book was recommended by counselors on a pain management course, and this book was the best thing I got out of the course.

A real breakthrough5
I've had this book about 4 days and have been putting some of the principles in place. It is really good and I'm enjoying reading the experiences of someone who has been through the pain and can empathise rather than being spoken at by the many physios I've been seeing.
