Average customer review:Product Description
This is a companion to the author's highly successful "Treating Arthritis - The Drug Free Way". It contains a wide selection of recipes, especially for arthritics. These cover hors-d'oeuvres, soups, fish dishes, savouries, salads, meat dishes, poultry and game, desserts, and cakes and biscuits. All the recipes are simple to prepare but delicious to eat! The ingredients are neither elaborate nor costly, and there is plenty of variety combined with good nutrition. If you suffer from arthritis, know someone who does, or want to help avoid it, this book is a must.

About the Author
Margaret Hills was crippled by arthritis as a young woman, but was determined not to let it hold her back. When orthodox treatment could do nothing for her, she used her nurse's training to develop her simple, natural cure, which, against all her doctors' predictions, was completely successful. Since then her 'acid-free' approach has brought relief to thousands. Her daughter, Christine Horner, who now runs the Margaret Hills Clinic, continues her work.

Treating Arthritis Diet Book
This is a good follow-up to Curing Arthritis The Drug-Free Way, by the same author, with a lot of useful recipe ideas. What I found particularly useful was the 'Weekly dietary requirements' section, making it possible to plan well in advance.
Arthritis - an alternative therapy approach
This book provides additional dietary information to "Treating Arthritis -the drug free way" by the same author.
Ever helpful in the battle against arthritis to anyone not wanting to go down the usual medical route.
My only negative point was a would have prefered a more extensive selection of recipes - a bit few more pages please.
