This is a brilliant book for a beginning or intermediate face painter. Each page contains a colourful display of the final results alongside a step by step description of how to achieve the face, then gives ideas and instructions for accessories to compliment your final design, from hats and headdresses to cotumes. There is a wild diversity in the ideas for faces offered, 30 in total, enjoyable for all whether a small child or an adult reliving their youth in fancy dress!

If it's Halloween and you want to be a witch, cat, Dracula or a devil then get this book and follow these simple steps. If you are going to a fancy dress party as a Princess, a Pirate, a Crazy Policeman or a fierce Lion or Tiger and need some instructions on how to paint your face professionally then grab this book full of easy and clear instructions. Follow some simple steps to a successful, colourful and pretty/ funny/ scary face. I have found this book previously very helpful to me and I am sure it will help you. My rating for this book is: 5/ 10.

Five Minute Faces - Face Painting Ideas Book
The book gives you good ideas for face painting but to be honest after I'd read reviews I expected a bigger number of them. Also depends on the age of children you face paint for: my son was 18 months at the time and he was really only into animals rather than other characters, so I found the animal choice quite not enough in this book... Still fine. Mind you, you'd need a few decent brushes and some decent paints too , not the cheap £1-5 pounds per lot ones (if you want that tiger or witch be recognizable)...
