An excellent edition of the Welsh Laws5
As a beginning student of medieval Welsh history and literature, I found the idea of delving into a law text quite intimidating. But Jenkins does an excellent job translating and editing this volume, pulling the most interesting pieces from each of the redactions. His introduction is an excellent overview of the text and a must-read for anyone beginning the laws' rewarding study.
