Not A Light Read4
This is written as if talking to practioners, not the general public. It's not a light easy read as I expected from the size of it. BUT, it does tell you all you need to know without the fluff of a more glamourous glossy book. It gives 3 diet outlines for 3 different type of patient (depending on existing lifestyle and symptom extent) and easy view guide to food groups. Was initially disappointed but after sticking with it, getting used to the writing style & attitude, am pleased overall. Although, I'd have much prefered it to have been a motivational/self-help type read instead, for sure.
